Mr. Galper is a Russian poet living in New York. He have been published extensively in Russia. ''Recently, my friends Igor Satanovky and Mike Magazinnik translated some of my works into English,'' he says. His most recent book (in English) is Fish De Jour (Koja Press, 2003).
