Phillip Lee (1965 - )

A would-be native of Vancouver, Phillip Lee was one of the founding members of the asinine poets. (In Carlos Duran's unwritten memoir Off the Boat, Mr. Lee's identity is cleverly hidden; despite what many scholars think, he is actually the character "Phil Li.") In the late 1990s Mr. Lee disappeared from the literary scene. He resurfaced recently when he posed for The Eulenspiegel Society's 2002 calendar. He is Mr. November, the shy one holding up his turkey. Currently occupying a couch somewhere in the Midwest, Lee hopes to break Fred Exley's record (one year, 16 days) of not moving. He enjoys soda.
