Rick Blum (1948 – )

Classically trained in old Yiddish expressions, Mr. Blum has put this knowledge to good use as a cushion stuffer, bartender, marketing mogul and, most recently, an alter kaker. He came to writing verse when invited to join the local poetry club, mistakenly thinking that membership required writing poems, not reading them. Despite their constant pleading, club members cannot get him to stop.
