Vernon Waring b. 1944

Mr. Waring spends most of his time in his library sculpting masterpieces of poetry and short fiction on a cranky word processor. His past honors include seven Nobel Prizes for Literature, three Pulitzer Prizes for Poetry, and a tie for National Book Award for Fiction. He currently resides on a baronial estate located just outside of Philadelphia. He is happy to be where he is, far removed from the glare that accompanies international literary success.
