KIMCHI
is the Korean national food
Like hot dogs
and apple pie
only stronger
Take several heads of cabbage
and chop them up
Add some red peppers,
onions,
garlic,
and ginger
Drown in salt
and place in
an earthenware jar
Set it aside
And wait for it
to walk up to you
and tell you
that it's ready
