DEAR JOHNNY, PART THREE
by Casey
HELLO John--
Here I am for a post-teen check in.
I am out of school now and they say I should get a job.
I thought of applying to Costco,
But decided it was too much.
Forget the post office. I knew that right away.
I bought a pair of binoculars to watch the leaves die in the fall.
I wonder if maybe that lady bagging my crackers has real hair.
I was going to ask her where the boys room was --
but I decided to find it myself.
I thought of her in there.
I will write again soon, as I need to go and flip my sagging mattress.
Be well.
